PAYMENT PLAN POLICY

At Hair Secrets Store, luxury is an experience and we are committed to offering flexible payment solutions that uphold the craftsmanship, integrity, and fairness that define our brand.
1. Accepted Forms of Payment
To support your purchase with ease and transparency, HSS offers:
• Full Payment
Payment in full at the time of purchase.
• 70% Deposit Plan
Clients may secure their hair unit with a 70% deposit, whether on preorder or not, with the balance of 30% payable upon delivery.
• Payment Timeline
All payment plans must be completed within one (1) month from the date of initiation.
• Delivery Policy
No hair unit shall be delivered until the balance is FULLY cleared.
2. Discount Policy
• Discounts under a PPP are not automatic.
• Any discount must be approved by HSS Management and reflected on the official invoice.
3. Late Payment Policy
To maintain fairness and operational efficiency, the following will apply:
• Late Payment Penalties:
Delays in payment may attract penalties as guided by the invoice or HSS Management.
• Non-Refundable Deposits:
If the PPP is not completed within one (1) month, all deposits become non-refundable.
• No Exchanges:
Items purchased or reserved under the PPP cannot be exchanged, as they are custom-prepared for the client.
• Inactive Orders:
If no payment is made within the PPP month, the order is cancelled and no refunds apply.
• Grace Period:
A 20-working-day grace period applies after the PPP month.
If no communication or payment is made during this time, the order is deemed cancelled, with no refund of the deposit.
4. Invoice & Account Policy
To ensure full transparency and proper account management:
• Clients on PPP will receive invoices, quotations, and receipts from HSS.
• Statements will be updated after every deposit.
• Clients must notify HSS after each payment to ensure accurate account reconciliation.
• All payments made may be subject to withdrawal charges (where applicable).
5. HSS Debt Recovery Policy
To protect business sustainability, the following recovery steps apply:
• Reminder Notices
Upon lapse of the payment timeline, HSS will issue three (3) formal reminders.
• Final Demand Notice
If no payment or communication is received after the reminders, HSS will issue a Final Demand Notice with a set deadline.
• Escalation to Authorities
Failure to settle the balance after the deadline will result in HSS filing a case with the relevant authorities.
• Legal Action
Cases may be escalated to the Courts of Law for formal recovery and any applicable legal remedies.
