HAIR SECRETS STORE – PAYMENT PLAN POLICY (PPP) – 2025

For our cherished queens, investing in timeless elegance with flexibility and trust.

 

At Hair Secrets Store, we understand that luxury is personal, and we’re committed to offering flexible payment solutions that maintain both quality and fairness for all our clients.

 

1. Accepted Forms of Payment

We offer the following payment options to suit your purchase:

  •  Full Payment: Pay in full at the time of purchase.

  •  50% Deposit Plan: Make a 50% deposit and pay the remaining balance upon delivery (applicable to hair units above UGX 1,000,000).

  •  Three-Installment Plan: Divide your payment into three installments (applicable to hair units above UGX 2,000,000).

  • Payment Timeline: All payment plans must be completed within 2 months.

  •  Delivery Policy: Hair units under a payment plan will be delivered only upon full payment.

2. Discount Policy

  • Discounts on payment plans may be granted on a case-by-case basis, as determined by the invoice issued and approved by the HSS management team.

3. Late Payment Policy

We strive to maintain a fair system for all clients, and delays can impact business operations. Please take note:

  •  Penalty for Delays: Late payments may incur penalties.

  •  Non-Refundable Deposits: After 2 months of no full payment, any deposit made is non-refundable.

  • No Exchanges: Items purchased or placed under the PPP cannot be exchanged.

  •  Inactive Orders: If no payment is received within 2 months of initiating a PPP, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Grace Period: A one (1)-month grace period is granted after the 2-month term of the initiated PPP. If no communication or payment is made, the order is automatically cancelled with no refund.

4. Invoice & Account Policy

To ensure transparency and smooth tracking:

  •  Clients under PPP will receive invoices, quotations, and receipts from the HSS team.

  •  Statements will be updated and shared after each deposit.

  •  Clients are required to notify the HSS team of each payment to keep their account up to date.
