  • Customized units: 15–30 business days

Processing includes quality assurance, packaging, and logistics coordination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We take great pride in curating and customizing luxury hair solutions for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

  1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of order confirmation.

  • Subject to a 15% handling fee of the purchase price.

  • Orders that have been processed, shipped, or customized are non-cancellable.

  1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for exchange only, and must meet the following criteria:
