Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of order confirmation.

• Subject to a 15% handling fee of the purchase price.

• Orders that have been processed, shipped, or customized are non-cancellable.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for exchange only and must meet the following criteria:

Within 2 days of delivery (domestic) or 5 days (international)

Condition

The product must be unused, in original condition, and in packaging.

Return Fee

30% restocking & logistics charge (includes taxes & shipping)

All exchanges are processed upon full return and inspection of the original item.

Refunds are granted in rare circumstances at our discretion.
